Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your CoachStable subscription at any time. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum contract periods, and no hoops to jump through — cancellation takes less than a minute from your billing settings.
1. How to Cancel
To cancel your CoachStable subscription:
- Log in to your CoachStable account
- Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing
- Click 'Cancel Subscription'
- Confirm your cancellation
You will receive an email confirmation of your cancellation immediately. If you do not receive this confirmation, contact us at support@coachstable.com.
2. What Happens After You Cancel
Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to all features — clients, sessions, goals, notes, packages, and reminders — until that date. You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Monthly subscribers: access continues to the end of the current month
- Annual subscribers: access continues to the end of the current year
- No features are removed or restricted during the remaining period
- You will not receive any further charges after cancellation
3. Your Data After Cancellation
We understand your client data, session history, notes, and goals represent real work built over time. We do not delete your data immediately upon cancellation.
- Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends
- During this 90-day window you can reactivate your account and resume exactly where you left off
- After 90 days, all account data is permanently deleted from our servers
- Client portal accounts linked to your coaching account are also deactivated at the 90-day mark
If you want to export your data before cancellation, contact us at support@coachstable.com and we will provide an export of your client records, session history, and notes in a standard format within 5 business days.
4. Reactivating Your Account
If you cancel and later decide to return, you can reactivate your account within the 90-day retention window and all your data will be exactly as you left it. After the 90-day window, your data will have been permanently deleted and a new account would need to be created from scratch.
To reactivate, simply log back in and choose a subscription plan. Your account activates immediately upon successful payment.
5. Cancelling During a Free Trial
If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, your account will be paused at the end of the trial period with no charge applied. Your data is retained for 90 days from the trial end date in case you decide to return.
6. Subscription Pausing
CoachStable does not currently offer a subscription pause feature. If you need to temporarily stop using the platform, cancellation and reactivation within 90 days is the recommended approach. Contact us if your situation requires an alternative arrangement and we will do our best to accommodate you.
7. Cancellation by CoachStable
CoachStable reserves the right to cancel or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the platform for purposes that cause harm to other users or third parties. In such cases:
- We will provide written notice to the registered email address where possible
- Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds
- Accounts cancelled due to non-payment will have data retained for 30 days
8. Annual Subscription Cancellation
Annual subscribers who cancel mid-year will retain access to the end of their annual period. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about prorated refunds on annual subscriptions.
